Popular Japanese conveyor sushi chain Chojiro, which has over 60 outlets in Japan, makes its entrance in Singapore for the very first time.
Chojiro is known for its extraordinarily fresh and affordable sushis, served to diners on a conveyor belt. To ensure the same quality and freshness as Japan, the fish and seafood in Chojiro at GOCHI are flown in from Japan daily. Besides a wide selection of sushis, Chojiro also serves comforting Japanese fare such as grilled amberjack and mackerel, crispy tempura, cold side dishes and hot miso soups, catering to every taste bud.
The 47-seater in Singapore will have six highly-skilled visiting chefs from Japan to oversee operations at the restaurant during its opening period, with two of the chefs based here permanently.
