Chojiro opened its first branch in Osaka 18 years ago, and now boasts 60 outlets within Japan. The branch at Gochi Church street is Chojiro’s first outside its home country and is known for its authenticity and extraordinarily fresh sushi and sashimi. The 47-seater Chojiro shared a dining experience with an exciting menu of traditional cuisine including soups, grilled, fried dishes, cold side dishes and sashimi, catered to every taste bud. Chojiro only use the highest grade quality fish and seafood and seasonal ingredients that are air flown daily from Japan.

 

The sushi selection at Chojiro is massive, with close to 60 types of sushi. There are also assorted sushi platters, sashimi, rolls, rice bowls, grilled seafood, tempura, noodles, salads and desserts that are made to order and aren’t on the belt.

 

Chojiro signature dish will be our Natural Blue Fin tuna which our Japanese chef have it in sashimi, sushi roll or even nigiri style

 

The drinks menu offers a wide range of sake and shochu. For beer lover, Suntory Premium Malt are served straight from the tap.
