Established in November 2007, Suage Hokkaido Soup Curry’s brand name Suage is derived from the word to “fry”. Soup curry were created in 1970 by using only handpick spices. Currently in Singapore, Suage has two restaurants located at our iconic Jewel Changi Airport, Capitol Piazza and an express counter in the heart of CBD area Capital Square.
Suage has a unique method of frying its ingredients. Without using batter to coat the ingredient, by just frying it raw, it perfectly retains the natural and original taste of the food. Serve with braised chicken, pork confit, beef shabu shabu and variety of fresh vegetables, the delicious savoury soup curry has grown to become the ultimate soul food in Hokkaido and is widely loved by many people around the world today.
